2003

Business established originally as “Stainless Innovations” and was later renamed Hygienic Pipeline Solutions (HPS).

2004 - 2005

Dedicated viticulture services established, including stainless hoppers for row cropping equipment.

2006

Opened the Ridley Avenue workshop in Leeton, NSW. Commenced fabrication and installation work for SunRice.

2007

Commenced work for Lion Dairy & Drinks, with the installation of a new tanker loading and unloading system at the company’s Leeton plant.

2008

Built and installed a Clean In Place (CIP) standalone system at Lion Dairy & Drinks.

2009

Completed works on a 1 litre Elopak Shikkoku carton filling machine for a manufacturing client.

2014

Installation of all pipework for the Blentech continuous cooker and the two Lagarde retort cookers (autoclaves) for SunRice’s Speciality Rice Food Group plant.

2013

Commenced work with Leeton Shire Council, focused on confined space entry, pump replacement, valve and pipeline upgrades.

2012

Commenced work with Teys Wagga Wagga, with the installation of the pipework for the plant’s process room.

2011

Stainless Innovations is renamed Hygienic Pipeline Solutions (HPS) and is incorporated.

2010

HPS business expands to include scaffolding hire and erection.

Work continues at Lion Dairy & Drinks, with the installation of a 2 Litre Elopak filling machine and downstream palletiser and the installation of 7000 new orange juice extractors.

2015

Fabrication and installation of the spouting for the Deniliquin Mill Upgrade for SunRice.

2016

Fabrication and installation of the rice continuous dewatering system for SunRice’s Speciality Rice Food Group operations.

2017

Installation of 6000kw screw compressor at a large underground mining operation.

Acquired Belah Street Offices and workshops and established HPS Head Office.

2018

Acquired Dethridge site, with plans for new workshop, store and offices to open in 2021.

Executed scaffolding for a mine crusher shutdown.

2019

Commenced pipework project for CopRice’s new Rice Bran Stabilisation Plant.

2020

Completed cattle wash project pipework for JBS Riverina.
